Sometimes, women feel insecure stepping without high heels shoes. For the sake of supporting performances, they wear high heel all the time regardless of the bad effects.

Studies University of East Anglia revealed that wearing high-heeled shoes in the long term lead to changes in foot shape. Pressures that arise can make feet into a flat basin.

The use of high heel shoes stimulate the body to produce proteins that can weaken the tendons around feet. This condition makes the soles of the feet into a flat basin that often trigger pain and difficulty walking.

Approximately 3.5 percent of Britons who are accustomed to wearing high heel shoes have 'flat feet'. Most plural befall those aged 40 years and over.

Dr Graham Riley, who did the study, said that high-heeled shoes are not capable of supporting the load foot perfectly. Those who wear high heel shoes while doing the activity while standing have greater risk of weakening the tendon.

According to him, the use of high heels alter posture potentially arising due to pressure on the sole of the foot. Besides 'flat feet', excessive use of high heels are also susceptible to trigger tensions hips, knees, thighs, and increase the risk of osteoarthritis, and back pain.
