American fashion designers be supporters of Barack Obama. Led by Anna Wintour, editor in chief of Vogue, who was a staunch supporter of Obama since 2008, they will make Obama's election campaign in 2012 with full style.
A total of 22 designers, some of which, Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg, Alexander Wang, Jason Wu, and Rachel Roy, made a special collection of fashion items. Later, the collection will be sold, then the funds will be incorporated into the Obama Victory Fund, one of the sources of Obama's campaign fund.
On Thursday, January 12, 2012, the fashion collection will go on sale. Thus, as quoted from fashionista.com, there will be a collection of clothing, bags, and golf bags with the Obama brand, which is certainly stylish design.

Anna Wintour also will host Runway to Win, the fundraising event for the Obama campaign which will be held next February. Designers members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), such as Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Diane von Furstenberg, Narciso Rodriguez, Jason Wu, Alexander Wang, Joseph Altuzarra, Rag & Bone, Rachel Roy, and Tracy Reece will showcase their fashion collections.
In 2008, also held a similar event for the Obama campaign, titled Runway to Change. However, there are some designers who refused to join in this event, for fear of losing customers from the Republican party, which is the rival Democratic Party.
