Recently South Korean boyband, Big Bang, managed to carve achievements in the international arena. As reported allkpop, a musical group known for hits 'Haru Haru' was successfully won the award for the MTV Europe Music Awards 2011 for the category Worldwide Act.
In a musical event held at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast, Ireland, Sunday evening, 6 November 2011, Big Bang, successfully beating other nominees, such as Abdelfattah Grini (Africa, India, Middle East), Lena (Europe), Restart (Latin America), and Britney Spears (North America).

Before nominated in Worldwide Act, the Big Bang through the first stage of voting for the Asia Pacific category. In this stage, the Big Bang boyband whose members G-Dragon, Taeyang, TOP, Daesung, and Seungri was successfully defeated Exile (Japanese), Jay Chou (China / Taiwan), Gotye (Australia), Jane Zhang (China), Agnes Monica (Indonesia ).
The success of the Big Bang winning Worldwide Act award could not be separated from the support of loyal fans who gave a vote.
